Unalive Fish
At Brads Flowerhorn your business is important to us.
In any event, a shipped fish is not alive upon delivery Brads Flowerhorn will refund the customer the price of the fish. Shipping cost will not be included in the refund.

Replacement Fish
Brads Flowerhorn, will replace any fish that may have been received unalive due to shipping error. Any customer who wishes to have another fish shipped out instead of a full refund will receive another fish with a new delivery date. However the customer would be responsible for the shipping cost of the fish.
Shipping Fish Error
In any event, Brads Flowerhorn ships a customer the wrong fish, Brads Flowerhorn will ship the customer the fish that was originally ordered. The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of the fish.
